Overview: The eufy Clean Mach V1 (T2750111) is an all-in-one cordless stick vac with the Always-Clean Mop™. It lets you quickly and easily clean up wet or dry messes in any room in your home. The Mach V1 has a slender, capsule-shaped design with an ergonomic handle for a comfortable grip. Its LCD display shows you the current cleaning mode and the current battery/charging status in an easy-to-read numeric percentage. The Wi-Fi enabled stick vac comes with a charging dock, spare roller brush and filter, hard floor cleaning solution, and a cleaning tool.

Description: The Mach V1 has a long, slender design with a white body with an onyx black cleaning head. The front of the vacuum, where the water tanks are located, is a translucent charcoal gray, to allow you to view the levels of the clean and dirty water. Its magnetic cover gives you easy access to the removable clean and dirty water tanks. The slender neck contains the removable cleaning solution tank. The front of the handle includes the Power and Mode buttons and the 1-1/4" x 1-1/2" full color LCD screen. The cleaning head includes a multi-surface rolling brush with a removable cover and two 2-3/8" diameter wheels for easy transport. The charging base has a 6\’ power cord, with posts on the bottom for cord management. (Dimensions of the vac and base are found below in Specifications.)

Recommended Uses: The eufy Clean Mach V1 vac/mop is designed for hard floors and medium-pile carpets. While cleaning carpets, you should use the suction mode so that the vacuum cleaner can pick up dust and debris. It cannot clean high-pile rugs more than 0.4" (1 cm) in height. You shouldn\’t attempt to clean carpets made of wool or other animal furs.

Cleaning Modes: The Mach V1 combines several cleaning functions into one vacuum cleaner to wash, mop, vacuum, and sterilize your floors. The Smart Mode, which is the default setting, is ideal for daily mopping and hard floor washing. The Suction Mode can be used for carpet cleaning and vacuuming up dry or liquid waste on the floor. In either mode, you can press and hold the trigger on the handle to increase the cleaning power in Smart Mode and the suction power in Suction Mode.

Always-Clean Mop™: The Mach V1\’s roller brush is constantly being washed as you clean to prevent spreading grime with a dirty mop. The mop also cleans itself after each use so you\’ll always have a clean mop.

Eco-Clean Ozone™ Technology: eufy Clean\’s innovative Eco-Clean Ozone technology helps to deeply clean surfaces by removing bacteria and mites and killing up to 99.9% of common germs. The ozone also controls odors naturally. The Mach V1\’s built-in ozone generator creates ozone using only tap water, and uses it to clean the floor as well as the vacuum cleaner during the self-cleaning process. The unit\’s clean water tank holds about 3-1/2 cups. You should only use tap water in the Mach V1. Mineral water and purified water are artificially filtered and added with trace elements. The conductivity of filtered water is very low and cannot be used to generate oxone.

Triple Self-Cleaning System: eufy Clean\’s Triple Self-Cleaning System makes sure your all-in-one stick vac and mop is clean, dry, and ready for the next job. When the cleanup job is finished, just press the self-cleaning button on the top of the handle to initiate the process. Cleaning solution is released to thoroughly clean the roller brush. Ozone is applied to the brush to remove harmful bacteria. Hot air is then circulated around the spinning roller brush to completely dry it. The self-cleaning process takes approximately 90 seconds and about 45 minutes to dry the roller brush.

Floor Cleaning Solution: The Mach V1 comes with a 300ml (a little over 10 fluid ounces) bottle of Mach Hard Floor Cleaner by eufy Clean. The solution is designed to remove dirt, grease, and tough stains from various hard surfaces, including glazed brick, sealed floors, marble, and others. The Mach V1 uses Tesla Valve Mixing™ technology to automatically release and mix the cleaning solution with water in precisely the right ratios. No manual mixing is required. The Mach V1\’s floor cleaner tank holds enough solution for about one month. Only Mach Hard Floor Cleaner should be used in this machine.

Voice Prompts: The vacuum uses voice prompts to confirm basic operations and settings. Voice prompts can be turned off on the machine or in the eufy Clean app, if desired. You can choose the desired voice prompt language in the app.

Charging Base: The Mach V1 comes with a charging base for storing the unit when not in use, and for keeping the battery charged. The base has a removable cover that protects the charger and makes it easy to keep clean. The weight of the vacuum, when it is placed on the charging base, causes the two charging pins to protrude and make contact with the vac\’s charging receptacle.

Battery Power: The eufy Clean Mach V1 has a powerful Lithium-ion rechargeable battery that charges when the unit is placed on the charging base. The battery charges in 3 to 4 hours (4 hours initial charge). On a fully charged battery, the Mach V1 has an estimated 45 minute run time in Smart Mode. Frequent use of the trigger (Strong Mode) and other factors may shorten the run time.

eufy Clean App: The Mach V1 all-in-one cordless stick vac and mop connects to your smartphone or tablet through your home\’s 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. Using the eufy Clean app, you can keep track of your cleaning history, set and change voice settings, and help you use and enjoy the Mach V1 to the fullest. You can remotely enable or disable the ozone feature, or start the self-cleaning process if the vacuum is on the charging base. If you encouter an issue with the Mach V1, the app can help you troubleshoot the problem, and connect to professional Mach engineers for help, if needed. The eufy Clean app is available for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch running iOS 11.0 or later, and for Android phones and tablets with version 5.0 and up.
