Overview: The Lorex 2K Pan-Tilt Indoor Wi-Fi Camera (Model W462AQC-E) can help monitor your home day and night. The camera has 2K maximum video resolution, a 109° diagonal field of view, and color night vision. The Pan-Tilt feature swivels the camera left and right and tilts it up and down to expand the coverage of the area. The camera runs on USB power from the 79" USB cable and 5V/2A USB power adapter. The Pan-Tilt Indoor Wi-Fi camera has a 32 GB microSD card for storing your recorded video clips. You can view recorded clips on the Lorex Home App, even when you\’re not at home. Camera: The 2K Pan-Tilt Indoor Wi-Fi Camera produces beautiful 2K (2560 x 1440) 16:9 HD video, twice the resolution of 1080p, at a frame rate of 25 frames per second. It has automatic white balance and gain control, and 3D Temporal noise reduction for optimum picture quality.

Lens: The camera has a 2.8mm fixed focal length, F2.0 lens with a variable shutter speed of 1/3s to 1/100,000s. Its field of view is 109° diagonal, 92° horizontal, and 48° vertical.

Night Vision: The camera is equipped with high powered Infrared LEDs (850mm) with an IR Cut Filter to enable the camera to record color video in the dark. The Night Vision range is 32 feet (10 meters) in total darkness.

Wi-Fi: The Pan-Tilt Indoor Wi-Fi Camera connects to your home network (802.11 b/g/n) over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. Proper operation requires a high-speed internet connection with a minimum upload speed of 3.5 Mbps.

Memory: The Wi-Fi camera has an inserted 32 GB microSD memory card for safely storing recorded videos. You can upgrade the card to a maximum of 256 GB for more storage capacity. With local storage, you don\’t need to pay a monthly fee for cloud-based storage.

Motion/Person Detection: The 2K Pan-Tilt Indoor Wi-Fi Camera offers Motion Detection to alert you of activity in your home. The camera uses AI to determine if a person has been spotted and will specifically issue a Person Detection notification. In the app, you can adjust the sensitivity of both Motion and Person Detection features, and define the Motion Zones for each.

Privacy Mode: When you don\’t want the camera to record video or audio, you can enable Privacy Mode in the Lorex Home app. Privacy Mode hides the lens from view and shuts off the microphone to prevent unwanted recording.

Two-way Audio: The camera features a microphone and a speaker that enable two-way communication. With the Lorex Home app, you can talk and listen to the person on the camera. The microphone also monitors the room for sound which can trigger a sound detection warning.

Flexible Placement: The 2K Pan-Tilt Indoor Wi-Fi Camera can be installed in a wide variety of places. Its wide base allows the camera to be placed on a shelf or tabletop. The included bracket lets you invert the camera and mount it on the ceiling. Wall anchors are provided if you are installing on masonry or drywall. In the app, you can enable Image Rotation to flip the camera image if mounting upside down.

Power: The 2K Pan-Tilt Indoor Wi-Fi Camera operates on USB power from the supplied USB adapter (5V / 1A) and cable.

Lorex Home App: The Lorex Home app gives you easy access to recordings on your Lorex security camera or video doorbell. When your camera detects motion, you will receive an instant motion alert notification on your smartphone, allowing you to view live video on your device. Using the app, you can see and respond to a person at your door or on your property using two-way talk. The app lets you configure advanced motion detection functions and system settings. Access to your cameras and security system can be shared with family or friends, if desired. The Lorex Home app is compatible with Apple iPhone and iPod touch with iOS 10.0 or later. It also works with Apple TV (requires tvOS 9.0 or later) and a Mac with macOS 11.0 or later and Apple M1 chip or later. The app is also compatible with Android devices running version 5.0 and up.

Voice Assistants: The Lorex 2K Pan-Tilt Indoor Wi-Fi camera can be linked with Amazon Alexa or the Google Assistant. Smart displays, such as the Google Nest Hub or the Amazon Echo Show, will show you the view from your camera or video doorbell with a voice command.
