Overview: eufy Security\’s SmartTrack Card (T87B2) helps you keep track of important items like your wallet, passport, luggage, or backpack. It works with the Apple Find My app that is pre-installed on iPhones and iPads. (Android devices are not supported.) The SmartTrack Card is approximately the size of a credit card. It can be slipped into a wallet or clipped onto anything with the included metal clip. The SmartTrack Card is powered by a non-rechargeable, non-replaceable battery that can last up to 3 years.

Metal Clip: The included metal clip can be used to attach the SmartTrack Card to any item you want to keep track of. The clip has double-sided tape for attaching the SmartTrack card.

Apple Find My Network: Apple Find My is a network of hundreds of millions of Apple iPhones, iPads, and the iPod touch. When the SmartTrack Card is added to the Find My app on your Apple device, it can be located by nearby Apple users and its precise location shown on a map.

Find My Phone: The SmartTrack Card can be used to locate a misplaced iPhone. Pressing the button on the card will cause your phone to emit a sound to help you locate it. The eufy Security app on the phone must have permission to always access location data.

Button: The front of the SmartTrack Card has a small, 3/8" diameter button for setting up and using the card. During initial setup, pressing the button twice will activate it and enable it to be located on your Apple device and added to the Find My app. If you find a SmartTrack Card, you can connect it to your Apple device to learn more about it, and whether its owner has left a Lost Mode message. The button can also be used to turn off the card, disabling it from the Find My network, or for resetting the card altogether.

Speaker: The SmartTrack Card has a small speaker that can emit sounds to alert you or help you locate your device.

Dual App Support: The SmartTrack Card is supported by the Apple Find My app on your Apple device and the eufy Security App. Using the Find My app, you can locate your SmartTrack Card on a map. The app can also trigger the card\’s alarm so you (or someone else) can locate it. The Find My app also has a Left-Behind Alarm that is triggered automatically if you accidentally walk away without your SmartTrack Card. This will help you remember to take important items with you. The eufy Security app adds extra features not found in the Find My app. If your phone is in Silent Mode, you can double-tap the button on the SmartTrack Card to get your phone to ring. If someone finds your lost SmartTrack Card, they can scan the card\’s QR code to find your preferred contact information (name, email, phone number). The eufy Security app can also be used to share your item\’s location with other so they can track it as well. You can add and manage an unlimited number of SmartTrack devices in the eufy Security app.

Unwanted Tracking: If the SmartTrack Card is separated from its owner and is seen moving with you over time, you will be notified on your Apple Device. This feature was created specifically to discourage people from trying to track you without your knowledge. If SmartTrack has been away from its owner for more than 24 hours, the Find My app will notify you. If you don\’t have an Apple device, the SmartTrack card will emit a sound when it is moved. This usually occurs when the card has been away from its owner for more than 72 hours.
