Overview: The eufy E330 eufyCam (Professional) wireless home security camera system keeps an eye on your property 24 hours a day. The system includes four E330 cameras that produce detailed 4K video. The included HomeBase 3 features a 16 GB eMMC and 1 TB HDD storage drive for storing your videos locally.

Camera Specifications: The E330 eufyCam can shoot video at 4K resolution (3840 x 2160). Its wide 135° viewing angle covers a wide area. The camera has an IP67 rating to withstand all types of weather, and can operate in temperatures between -4°F and 122°F (-20°C to 50°C). Built-in artificial intelligence (AI) identifies human activity and focuses the camera on the human in the image. The self-learning BionicMind™ algorithm recognizes family members with 99.9% accuracy, and alerts you when a stranger approaches. The cameras have a built-in microphone and speaker to let you communicate directly to visitors or intruders via 2-way audio. HomeBase 3: The hub of the E330 eufyCam Professional system is the included HomeBase 3 (S380 HomeBase) which uses military-grade AES-128 encryption and expandable local storage to keep your videos safe and private. HomeBase 3\’s Edge Ecosystem pulls together videos from all of your security devices, and constantly analyzes and catalogs the data without uploading anything to the cloud. The system is expandable, allowing you to pair up to 16 cameras to the HomeBase 3. The base has a built-in 16 GB eMMC (embedded MultiMediaCard) and an installed 2.5" SATA 1 TB HDD storage drive that can be expanded up to 16 TB, if desired. Based on 500 seconds of video recording per day, the 1 TB hard drive can store up to 15 years of video. Dimensions: Width 3.08", Height 5.7", Depth 4.319"; Weight 26.7 ounces.

Motion Detection: When the E330 eufyCam detects motion, it automatically turns on its spotlight and starts a video recording. An alert is sent to your phone through the eufy Security app. In the camera settings page of the app, you can set the motion sensitivity and set the type of object you want to detect (Person, Pet, Vehicle, or All Other). With BionicMind facial recognition, you can label each individual so you can differentiate between family members and others. Up to 50 faces can be stored in the system to let you decide which alerts you want to receive. If you need a closer look, you can magnify the image up to 8 times in the app. You can even define a specific Activity Zone within the camera\’s view to reduce the number of false alerts. The motion detection zone extends out to approximately 26 feet.

Cross Camera Tracking: HomeBase 3\’s AI-assisted surveillance can automatically join videos of the same event and the same person from multiple cameras to create a single event video to help you review detected events. As the detected person moves from the view of one camera into the view of another camera, the videos are joined together and can be viewed in the eufy Security app as one event. This powerful feature can help you track an intruder as he passes through your yard, or help you keep an eye on a child as they play in different areas of your property.

Spotlight/Siren: The camera features a 100-lumen LED spotlight that automatically turns on when motion is detected. In the eufy Security app, you can turn the spotlight on or off manually, set a schedule, and adjust the spotlight brightness. The camera also has a loud siren that you can trigger from the app to scare away intruders.

Night Vision: Powerful infrared lights and a wide f/1.4 aperture lens provide reliable night vision to help capture more motion. With the help of the built-in spotlight, the camera\’s night vision is in full color out to about 10 feet (3 meters). Beyond 10 feet, night vision video appears in black and white.

Plug-in Power: Each E330 eufyCam is powered by an AC adapter with 16.4 total feet of cable (including the 79" cable attached to the camera). This gives the cameras a reliable power supply without the need to periodically charge your cameras. Cable clips are included for cable management. The clips can be attached via the included adhesive pads or screws and wall anchors.

Mounting: The E330 eufyCam should be mounted between 7 and 10 feet above the ground. This recommended height maximizes the camera\’s detection range out to approximately 33 feet. The camera can be tilted and swiveled to obtain the desired field of view.

Wi-Fi: The cameras communicate with the HomeBase 3 via Sub-1G (866 MHz band) which offers longer range than Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. This wireless connectivity between the cameras and HomeBase works at distances of up to 82 feet to provide coverage up to 5000 square feet. HomeBase 3 can connect to your home network via Ethernet or Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz).

eufy Security App: The eufy Security app lets you view live or recorded video from your smartphone or tablet, plus engage visitors through two-way audio. You can set up motion detection and customize activity zones in the critical areas around your home. When motion is detected, the app will send you instant notifications. The app lets you make adjustments to the motion detection, set the video quality, and other settings. The app is compatible with Android devices running operating system 8.0 and up, and iOS devices running iOS 11.0 or later. The videos can be viewed on a web portal instead of your phone, and on Macs running macOS 11.0 or later and a Mac with Apple M1 chip.

Voice Assistants: The E330 eufyCam Professional system can be controlled by Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant voice commands. You can see what\’s happening around your home at any time with live video feeds. Smart displays, such as the Google Nest Hub or the Amazon Echo Show, can display the live video feed at any time.
