Overview: The Lorex 4K Spotlight Indoor/Outdoor Wi-Fi 6 Security Camera (Model W881AAD-E) is an advanced security camera for watching over your property day or night. With stunning 4K video, you get exceptionally sharp images, realistic color, and clearer digital zoom capability. The camera has a wide 140° horizontal field of view that captures a broader area of your yard or room. The camera comes with over 19 feet of cable, and runs on DC power through the supplied USB power adapter. It offers Dual-Band Wi-Fi 6 technology, so your live images and recorded videos can be viewed in smooth, clear 4K resolution. The Spotlight camera stores your recorded videos locally on the inserted 32 GB microSD card, so you don\’t need to spend money on cloud storage. The camera is compatible with Amazon Alexa and the Google Assistant. Camera dimensions: Diameter 3.059", Depth 3.568"; Weight 14.4 ounces.

Camera: The 4K Spotlight Indoor/Outdoor Wi-Fi Camera has an 8MP 1/2.8" CMOS image sensor that produces beautiful 4K (3840 x 2160) 16:9 Ultra HD video at a frame rate of 15 frames per second. It has automatic white balance and gain control, and 3D Temporal noise reduction for optimum picture quality.

Lens: The camera has a 2.8mm fixed focal length, F1.6 lens with a variable shutter speed of 1/3s to 1/100,000s. Its horizontal field of view is 140°.

Spotlights: Two bright LED spotlights on the camera illuminate your property. The spotlights can be turned on or off manually, or activated automatically when motion is detected.

Smart Security Lighting: On the front of the camera is a customizable LED light band to indicate preset camera status modes or for different motion events. In the Lorex Home app, you can assign any color (up to 16.7 million options) to different settings, including "Welcome" or "Panic Mode." The Smart Security Light can be used to greet guests when they arrive or deter unwanted visitors when they trigger the motion sensor.

Night Vision: The camera is equipped with high powered Infrared LEDs (850mm) to enable the camera to record video in the dark or low light conditions. Color Night Vision works better with ambient lighting. The camera\’s Color Night Vision (CNV) Booster can be activated to produce vivid full-color video at night. If conditions are too dark, the infrared LEDs are used to record clear images in black and white. The Night Vision range is 32 feet (10 meters) in total darkness.

Wi-Fi 6: The 4K Spotlight Indoor/Outdoor Wi-Fi Camera is compatible with Wi-Fi 6 protocol (802.11ax) over both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi bands. Wi-Fi 6 allows your 4K video playback and live viewing to be smoother and more reliable without affecting other devices on the network.

Memory: The Wi-Fi camera has an inserted 32 GB microSD memory card for safely storing recorded videos. You can upgrade the card to a maximum of 256 GB for more storage capacity. With local storage, you don\’t need to pay a monthly fee for cloud-based storage.

Smart Motion Detection Plus: The 4K Spotlight Indoor/Outdoor Wi-Fi 6 Camera offers Smart Motion Detection to alert you of activity around your home. Smart Motion Detection uses AI and advanced algorithms to analyze and identify specific types of motion and push specific motion alerts to your smartphone. The camera can send Person Alerts, Vehicle Alerts, or Animal Alerts when they are identified. In addition, you can enable Package Detection that alerts you when you have a package at your doorstep or if a package has been removed.

Two-way Audio: The camera features a microphone and a speaker that enable two-way communication. With the Lorex Home app, you can talk and listen to the person on the camera. If you are busy, you can use an appropriate preset Quick Response.

Siren: The camera has an extra level of deterrence with a remote-triggered 110dB siren. The siren can be manually triggered from the Lorex Home app to scare away uninvited visitors.

Mounting: The 4K Spotlight Wi-Fi Camera can be mounted indoors or outdoors with the included bracket. The bracket features a swiveling mount that lets you aim the camera where you want and lock it down. It can be installed in a wide variety of places and conditions. The camera has an IP65 weather-resistance rating, and can withstand a variety of weather conditions and temperatures. It can operate in a temperature range of -4°F to +131°F (-20°C to 55°C).

Power: The 4K Spotlight Indoor/Outdoor Wi-Fi Camera has a long power cable (19\’-4") and operates on DC power (12VDC, 0.55A, 6.6W) from the supplied USB adapter. Four screw-down clips are included for cable management.

Lorex Home App: The Lorex Home app gives you easy access to recordings on your Lorex security camera or video doorbell. When your camera detects motion, you will receive an instant motion alert notification on your smartphone, allowing you to view live video on your device. Using the app, you can see and respond to a person at your door or on your property using two-way talk. The app lets you configure advanced motion detection functions and system settings. Access to your cameras and security system can be shared with family or friends, if desired. The Lorex Home app is compatible with Apple iPhone and iPod touch with iOS 10.0 or later. It also works with Apple TV (requires tvOS 9.0 or later) and a Mac with macOS 11.0 or later and Apple M1 chip or later. The app is also compatible with Android devices running version 5.0 and up.

Voice Assistants: The Lorex 4K Spotlight Indoor/Outdoor Wi-Fi camera can be linked with Amazon Alexa or the Google Assistant. Smart displays, such as the Google Nest Hub or the Amazon Echo Show, will show you the view from your camera or video doorbell with a voice command.
