Overview: The Cleer Audio Enduro ANC over-ear wireless headphones feature Bluetooth 5.0 with on-board controls for music playback and phone calls. It also has Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) to reduce environmental noise in the headphones, so you can listen in quiet. Powered by a 3.7-volt rechargeable battery, the Enduro ANC has a playback time of up to 60 hours with ANC activated. The headphones come with a 4\’ audio cable, a USB charging cable, and a fabric storage pouch.

Drivers: Like its predecessor, the Enduro 100, Enduro ANC is equipped with patented 40mm Ironless drivers for a wide frequency response of 20-40k (20-20k when connected via Bluetooth). Instead of a commonly-used iron pole, Enduro ANC has 20 rare-earth magnets assembled in a ring for a more focused magnetic field. This gives a long excursion of the magnesium diaphragm for deep bass, and much more control over the voice coil for exceptionally low distortion. The Enduro ANC\’s wide frequency range makes them ideal for listening to your favorite hi-res audio files. (Hi-res audio playback is only available when using the wired connection to your music source.)

Bluetooth 5.0: Cleer Audio\’s Enduro ANC wireless headphones are equipped with Bluetooth 5.0 with support for SPP (v1.0), HFP (v1.6), A2DP (v1.3.1), and AVRCP (v1.6). The headphones feature Google Fast Pair 2.0 which makes is extremely easy to pair with compatible Android devices. When you power on the Enduro ANCs, the pairing request appears almost immediately on your phone. Enduro ANC supports Bluetooth connection to two devices simultaneously. The headphones also have Near Field Communications (NFC), allowing you to pair to your compatible device by simply touching it to the left ear cup. Enduro ANC supports SBC and AAC codecs, as well as aptX Adaptive. It is backward compatible with aptX and aptX HD.

Active Noise Cancellation (ANC): The Enduro ANC headphones feature microphones inside and outside each earcup to pick up sound and take measurements of ambient noise. In Noise Cancelling Mode, that ambient noise is met with an equal-but-opposite signal, so all you hear in the headphones is your music (or phone call). When you want to stay aware of your surroundings, you can switch to Ambient Mode, which lets outside sounds in without requiring you to remove your headphones. In the Cleer+ app, you can customize the Ambient Mode to allow as much or as little of the outside world in. You can toggle between Noise Cancelling mode and Ambient Mode with a single press of the ANC button on the left earcup.

Onboard Controls: The headphones feature controls on the left earcup for audio playback and phone calls. If a call comes in while you\’re listening to music, the music will automatically pause to allow you to answer or reject the call. In addition to switching between Noise Cancelling and Ambient Modes, the ANC button can also activate the default voice assistant of the connected smartphone with a double press. Pressing and holding the ANC button activates the Conversation Mode, which turns off Noise Cancelling, so you can speak to another person or listen to an announcement without removing your headphones. The Enduro ANC also has volume up, volume down, and a multi-function button. The multi-function button controls music play/pause (1 press), answer/end incoming call (double press during call), next track (double press during music playback), previous track (triple press). Pressing and holding the multi-function button turns the headphones on or off, or rejects an incoming call. The onboard controls will only work when the Enduro ANC is powered on.

Power: The headphones are powered by a built-in 3.7-volt Lithium-ion rechargeable battery. The battery charges is approximately 3 hours using the included USB-C cable. When the battery is fully charged, the headphones provides up to 60 hours of playback time with Bluetooth. A 10-minute quick charge will give you approximately 2 hours of playback time. When the battery level is less than 10%, you will receive a "low battery" voice prompt. A 4\’ audio cable is included for listening to your music when the battery is exhausted, or when you can\’t listen wirelessly. When the audio cable is plugged in, Bluetooth is turned off, and the onboard controls are disabled.

Cleer+ App: The Cleer+ app, available for Apple and Android devices, gives you the ability to customize the performance of the Enduro ANC headphones. The app has basic playback controls, and lets you check your headphones\’ battery level and remaining playback time at a glance. The app provides a slide control to adjust the amount of outside noise you want allowed in when the Noise Cancellation and Ambient Modes are active. With the app\’s 5-band EQ control, you can adjust the sound of your music to suit your tastes. The app also gives you access to the user\’s manual and firmware updates to keep your headphones up to date. The app is compatible with Apple iPhone/iPad/iPod touch devices running iOS 11.0 or later, or Android devices with Android version 5.0 and up.
