Overview: The Govee RGBIC Outdoor LED Strip Lights (H6172) include a 32.8-foot, adhesive-backed LED light strip connected to an in-line Control Box. The strip lights are IP65 water-resistance rated, so you can install them outside without worry. (Please note: the control box and power adapter are not waterproof.) Govee\’s RGBIC Technology lets you create unique segmented or rainbow effects by assigning different colors to each segment of the light strip. In addition to basic controls on the Control Box, you can connect the Strip Lights to your home network for control on the Govee Home App, and with voice commands via your favorite Voice Assistant.

Controls: The RGBIC Outdoor LED Strip Lights have an in-line control box that gives you basic controls (on/off, brightness levels, music modes, etc.). When you connect the light to your 2.4 GHz home Wi-Fi network, you can control the light with your smartphone, tablet, or computer. The Govee Home App gives you many more control options, letting you choose from 16 million colors via a color wheel, or assign specific colors to each segment. You can choose from more than 64 dynamic scene modes, and set a timer to automatically turn the LED Strip Lights on or off when you desire. In the app, there are 16 music sync modes that react to the beat of the music, or gradually change from one color to another. You can also enjoy Smart Voice Control with hands-free access to various features via Alexa or Google Assistant.

Mounting: The LED Strip Lights come with an adhesive backing and screw-down clips that let you mount the lights virtually anywhere in your home. The control box also includes strong 3M adhesive, and several zip ties are included for securing the power wires. The power input is on a long pigtail off the control box. The included AC adapter has a 24V DC output and a 70" cord.

RGBIC Technology: The LED Strip Light includes dozens of multi-color LEDs that are controlled by the connected control box or wirelessly through the Govee Home app. Govee\’s new RGBIC technology, with its advanced IC (Independent Control) chip, allows multiple colors to appear on the light strip simultaneously, with animated lighting effects that can react to the sound of your TV or to music. The 10-meter LED light strip produces up to 150 lumens per meter.

Govee Home App: The Govee Home app puts control of your RGBIC LED Strip Lights, and all of your Govee devices, in the palm of your hand. The Govee Home app is compatible with Apple iPhone and iPod touch running iOS 11.0 or later, and with Android smartphones running Android 5.0 and up.

Voice Control: You can use voice commands to control your Govee Strip Lights with Alexa and Google Assistant.
