Overview: The eufy Floodlight Cam 2 Pro (T8423J22) gives you a 360° view of your yard without the risk of blind spots. Three motion-detected LED light panels deter intruders and ensure bright, full-color recordings at night. The Floodlight Cam records Full HD 2K video onto its 8 GB of local storage, and connects to your home Wi-Fi network (2.4 GHz) for livestreaming to your smartphone. Sensitive motion sensors trigger notifications to your smartphone, and start a recording which you can view live in the eufy Security App. The Floodlight Camera can be installed on a wall or ceiling/soffit, replacing an existing light fixture. The Floodlight Camera comes with mounting and electrical hardware, plus a convenient strap and hook to hold the device while you connect the wiring.

Floodlights: The Floodlight Cam 2 Pro includes three 3000-lumen floodlight panels that can be independently adjusted to cover a wide area that reaches out to 40 feet. The center panel has 16 individual LEDs while the two outer panels have 12. The lights are motion-activated to scare off intruders, and light up the area for better detailed recordings by the camera. In the eufy Security app, you can set the floodlights at different brightness and color temperature (3000-5700K) settings for manual and motion-detected illumination. You can also set the brightness and color temperature based on sunrise and sunset times, and schedules.

Camera: The Floodlight Cam 2 Pro can stream live and record 2K Full High Definition video. Its panning and tilting action provides a full 360° horizontal, and 130° vertical field of view, so there are no blind spots. It has 8 GB of storage onboard, which can store about 30 days worth of recordings (based on 45 half-minute recordings per day). The built-in microphone and speaker let you interact with your visitor via two-way audio.

Motion Detection/AI: The Floodlight Camera has three motion detectors with an extra-long range to capture events over a large area. If motion is detected in an area off-camera, the camera will pan around until it finds the source of the motion. The camera supports AI that can identify human motion, lock onto the subject, and track its movements while recording.

Wi-Fi: The Floodlight Cam 2 Pro connects to your home\’s 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. It does not support 5 GHz. The camera should have a strong signal and a minimum 2 Mbps upload speed. The camera is a standalone product, and does not require connection to the eufy HomeBase hub.

Voice Assistants: The Floodlight Cam 2 Pro is compatible with Amazon Alexa or the Google Assistant, allowing you to control the camera and floodlights using voice commands. If you have a Smart Display, such as the Google Nest Hub or the Amazon Echo Show, you can ask Alexa or Google to "show the back yard" or "light up the driveway."

Installation Requirements: The Floodlight Camera should be installed to a round junction box with existing wiring. The camera should be setup, registered, and added to the eufy Security app while you\’re inside before installing it on an outside wall, ceiling, or soffit. A Micro-B USB cable powers the camera during setup (a 5V/1A USB power adapter is required). You can mount the Floodlight Camera vertically on a wall or hang it upside down on an eave/soffit. For best detection range, it should be installed between 6-1/2 and 10 feet off the ground. The camera has an IP65 rating to withstand all types of weather.

eufy Security App: The eufy Security app lets you view live video from your smartphone or tablet, plus engage visitors through two-way audio. You can set up motion detection and customize the two activity zones in the critical areas around your home. In the app, you can program the camera to send you an immediate notification of motion detected, then another notification with a thumbnail or video of the captured video. The app is compatible with Android devices running version 5.0 and up, and iOS devices running iOS 11.0 or later. The eufyCam2 Pro can be viewed on a web portal instead of your phone, and on Macs running macOS 11.0 or later and a Mac with Apple M1 chip.

Optional Cloud Storage: In the eufy Security app, you can purchase cloud storage for your eufy Security cameras. Basic Cloud Storage Plans are available for 1, 2, or 3 devices, and Plus Cloud Storage Plans for 10 devices, with monthly and annual subscriptions for each.
