Overview: The Philips Hue White and Color Ambiance
LightStrip Plus V4 Extension (555326) is a 40" LED light strip that can be added to the 80"
Hue LightStrip Plus V4 base system, to increase its overall length. It is not a standalone item,
but must be connected to a Bluetooth-enabled LightStrip Plus V4 unit. It connects to the 6-pin connector
on the LightStrip Plus, from which it receives power and control (through the
Hue App). Like the LightStrip Plus, the extension has bright variable-color LEDs
every 2", and can be adhered to clean, solid surfaces with its adhesive strip. A 4" Corner Connection cable is included to make it easier to install around sharp turns.

Light Strip: The Hue LightStrip Plus Extension is
approximately 1/2" wide and 3/16" thick. The LEDs can produce up to 16-million colors, and bright functional white light up to 950 lumens (or 1600 together with the LightStrip Plus fixture). The LightStrip Plus can output all
shades from warm white (2000K) to cool daylight (6500K). The LightStrip Plus Extension is rated at
11.5W, and has an estimated lifetime of 25,000 hours.

Hue Personal Wireless Lighting: The Hue LightStrip Plus and
the LightStrip Plus Extension can be added to the Hue Personal Wireless Lighting
System. The system lets you individually control the connected lighting products
through the Hue App using your smartphone or tablet. The LightStrip Plus and
extension can help you Paint With Light, Highlight with Color, Sync Lights with
Movies or Music, and perform Comfort Dimming. The app lets you create light
schedules, and even control the lights in your home while you\’re away.

Installing: The LightStrip Plus Extension\’s adhesive backing allows you to stick
the strip almost anywhere. The strip can be bent up to 90° to go around corners. The included 4" Corner Connection cable makes it easier to turn sharp turns where the strips connect together. You
can add light under cabinets, in hallways, or add accents to architectural
features in your home. The LightStrip Plus Extension features "scissor markings" roughly
every 12.9" where the strip can be cut to length. Multiple
1-meter LightStrip Plus V4 extensions can be connected end-to-end for a total length of up to 33 feet.
