Overview: The Sony INZONE Buds (WF-G700N) True Wireless Noise Canceling Gaming Earbuds are made specifically for gamers immerse you in your game while shutting out distracting ambient noise. With 360 Spatial Sound for Gaming, you have the ability to pinpoint your opponent\’s location to keep you ahead of the game. The individual left and right earbuds are lightweight and comfortable so you can play for hours. The included USB transceiver (YY2980) is compatible with computers, PlayStation 5®, and USB-C compatible smartphones. Because they are fully wireless, you aren\’t tethered to your computer or console by wires. The INZONE Buds come with a charging case, four pairs of silicone eartips, and a USB charging cable.

Drivers: The INZONE Buds are equipped with 8.4mm precision drivers that faithfully reproduce every sound within the game, from subtle footsteps to big explosions. These specially engineered Dynamic Driver X units deliver clear, realistic sound with minimal distortion.

Silicone Eartips: The Earbuds come with four pairs of hybrid silicone rubber eartips. Available in four sizes (SS, S, M, and L), you\’ll be able to find the pair that fits you best. The best fitting tips are the ones that produce a good seal in the ear canal with no leaks. This allows the Noise Canceling function to work at full capacity.

360 Spatial Sound for Gaming: When using INZONE Hub PC software, you can enjoy 360 Spatial Sound for Gaming to put you in the middle of the action. The newly designed virtualizer software for gaming takes multi-channel audio signals and reproduces a realistic soundtrack for your games. 360 Spatial Sound for Gaming lets you hear your opponent quicker so you can react first. You can detect where your opponents are, and how far away, even if they are out of sight in the shadows or behind obstacles. The 360 Spatial Sound Personalizer, available on a smartphone app, lets you optimize your gaming audio to your ear shape for best results. Each earbud is optimized for your ear by emitting test sounds and using feedback microphones to gauge how they resonate in your ear. Using INZONE Hub PC software, your game audio is crafted just for you, transforming your experience into a tailored soundtrack.

Noise Canceling/Ambient Sound: The INZONE Buds feature a noise canceling function that uses the microphones to pick up outside noise and introduces an out-of-phase sound against the noise to cancel it out. This function lets you enjoy gaming or listening to music without being disturbed by a noisy office or street noise. When you want to be more aware of your surroundings, the Ambient Sound Mode uses those same microphones to pick up ambient sound and sends it through the earbuds. Ambient Sound mode lets you hear public announcements at the airport or train station, and traffic sounds if your on the street. The Quick Attention mode allows you to quickly lower the volume of the audio being played (game, music, phone call) to listen to outside sounds. Using the INZONE Hub software, you can set up a custom function for either earbud to enable the Quick Attention mode.

Microphone: Both INZONE Buds are equipped with microphones to pick up your voice for in-game communications. Touch sensors next to the microphones let you turn the microphones on or off as you desire.

Wireless Communication: The headset connects to your PS5, computer, or USB-C compatible smartphone via a 2.4GHz wireless connection through the included USB transceiver. The low latency communication is under 30ms, so you can respond quickly during the game. The wireless range is approximately 10 meters (33 feet), line of sight. The INZONE Buds support LC3 (Low Complexity Communication Codec).

Music Playback: You can listen to music from a device via Bluetooth if your device supports TMAP, MCP, or VCP profiles. As you listen, you can adjust the volume by tapping on the right earbud to make it louder or touch and hold your finger to the right earbud to make it softer.

Phone Calls: The INZONE Buds let you make and receive phone calls via Bluetooth. If a call comes in while listening to music, you can answer it by tapping twice on the left or right earbud. Playback will pause automatically. When the call is finished, you can end the call by tapping twice on either earbud.

Battery: Each INZONE Bud is powered by a 3.85V, 90.5mAh Lithium-ion rechargeable battery. The charging case is equipped with a 3.85V, 450mAh Lithium-ion rechargeable battery. The earbuds charge in the case in approximately 2 hours. The charging case takes approximately 3 hours to fully charge from empty. The case can be charged via a commercially available USB AC adapter with an output of 0.5A or more, a personal computer (Windows 10 or later, macOS 11 or later), or a PlayStation 5. A fully charged case has enough storage to fully charge the earbuds one time. The estimated battery life of fully charged earbuds varies with the mode and codec used:

INZONE Hub: INZONE Hub software allows you to customize various settings and save those settings for each game. It is compatible with Sony INZONE Buds, as well as INZONE H3, H5, H7, and H9 gaming headsets. It is designed for Windows 11 (Home/Pro) and Windows 10 (Home/Pro 64-bit). It is not available for Mac.
