Overview: The JBL Quantum 360X Wireless for Xbox is a headset
for gamers, providing a realistic gaming experience with the JBL QuantumSOUND Signature. The headset features a "voice-focused" directional microphone on a detachable boom, and memory foam ear pads and headband for a comfortable fit during long gaming sessions. The Quantum 360X Wireless offers dual wireless connections for maximum flexibility. It comes with a USB dongle for a 2.4 GHz wireless connection to your Xbox, PS4/PS5, PC, Mac, or Nintendo Switch. The headset also connects via Bluetooth to your smartphone or tablet. The Quantum 360X Wireless comes with a USB charging cable.

2.4 GHz Dongle: The included wireless dongle plugs into the USB-A port on your Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PC, Mac, PS4/PS5, or Nintendo Switch (when docked) for a low-latency 2.4 GHz wireless connection to the headset.

JBL QuantumENGINE: JBL\’s downloadable QuantumENGINE PC software takes your gaming experience to the next level. Using advanced algorithms and overhead audio, QuantumENGINE provides more realism and a spacious soundstage to put you in the center of the action. QuantumENGINE adds surround sound, EQ, sidetone, RGB lighting, and mic settings. QuantumENGINE software is available for Windows 10 (64-bit) or Windows 11, and requires 500MB of free hard drive space for installation.

JBL QuantumSURROUND: When you\’re connected to a Windows PC via 2.4 GHz wireless, JBL\’s QuantumSURROUND puts you inside the game with immersive audio that seems to come from all directions. QuantumSURROUND requires JBL QuantumENGINE software.

Bluetooth: The Quantum 360X Wireless headset can connect to your PC, Mac, Nintendo Switch, or mobile phone via Bluetooth (ver.5.2). While connected via Bluetooth, you must use the volume control on the Bluetooth connected device. Simultaneous 2.4 GHz and Bluetooth connections are possible, allowing you to switch between your PC or gaming and your smartphone if both are connected.

Earcup Design: The Quantum 360X Wireless\’ over-ear headset features soft
memory foam ear pads for comfort, durability, and even passive noise reduction. The ear cups fold flat for easy transport in a briefcase or bag.

Microphone: The plug-in boom microphone has a "voice-focused" directional pattern so your communications are crystal clear. It has a frequency response of 100-8kHz, and a sensitivity rating of -42 dBV/PA. The microphone is on a flexible 5.5" boom that allows you to move it into an optimum position. The boom has a 2.5mm sub-mini plug for connecting it to the left earcup. A foam windscreen for the microphone is included to cut down on wind noise and plosive sounds.

Onboard Controls: The headset features multiple controls on the earcups, including two rotary dials for volume and game/chat balance. A two-way slider powers on the headset and enters pairing mode for 2.4 GHz wireless. With a long slide upwards (for 2 seconds) turns on Bluetooth pairing.

Drivers: Quantum 360X Wireless\’s large 40mm dynamic drivers deliver JBL\’s QuantumSOUND Signature for more realistic gaming.

Zoom Certified: The JBL Quantum 360X Wireless headset is certified by Zoom, a leading video-conferencing software app. It has been tested and certified, along with other USB headsets, according to Zoom\’s personal workspace certification requirements, as capable of delivering a high quality communications experience.

Battery: The Quantum 360X headset is equipped with a 3.7-volt, 500mAh Lithium-ion rechargeable battery that lets you play for hours on a single charge. With the included USB-A to USB-C charging cable, you can charge the headset in approximately 2 hours. You can also use a USB-C to USB-C cable (not included), if desired. On a full charge, the headset provides approximately 26 hours of play time via Bluetooth and 22 hours on 2.4 GHz. A 5-minute quick charge gives you 1 hour of playback time.

Battery Saver: To save battery power, the headset will turn itself off automatically after 10 minutes without wireless connection (if not charging). With a wireless connection, the headset will power off after 30 minutes with no audio input.
