Overview: The August Connect (2nd Gen) is an accessory for the August
Smart Lock, and uses your home\’s Wi-Fi network and Internet connection to
control the Smart Lock from anywhere using the August app. Connect plugs into a
standard AC outlet, and should be installed within 15 feet of the Smart Lock for
optimal performance and reliability.

Smart Lock Compatibility: The August Connect (2nd Gen) is compatible with both August
Smart
Lock (ASL-1) and August
Smart
Lock HomeKit-enabled (ASL-2). You will need the August Home app downloaded
to your smart phone (iOS or Android).

Wi-Fi Requirements: August Connect (2nd Gen) supports 802.11b/g/n (2.4
GHz) Wi-Fi networks.

Power Requirements: August Connect (2nd Gen) works with 120-240V,
50-60Hz, 0.1A AC power. It is only configured for standard North American power
outlets. It is not available with any other plugs.
